Job Description
Express Service Technician Due to recent growth, Kramer Autoplex, CDJR and Chevy, in Madisonville TX., is in need of a Express Service Technician. This is a Full Time position that comes with a dynamic career path. As an Express Service Technician, you will be asked to perform quality services on each vehicle while maintaining a great work ethic. Technicians are hands-on and they perform oil & filter changes and other preventive maintenance services. Qualifications Good communication and interaction skills, competent management and organizational skills required. Good computer and software knowledge. Valid Driver's License and good driving record required. Must be able to pass a preemployment drug test Have basic mechanical abilities to perform the requirements of the job Must have own tools Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform oil, filter, and other fluid changes
- Inspect vehicles for issues that need to be addressed
- Inform management of any damage to inventory
- Meet customer service standards by achieving 'above district' customer service information "CSI" scores
- Follow established safety protocols; report any shop equipment in improper working condition; immediately report safety incidents
- Understand, keep informed of, and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know
- Safeguard dealership assets and customer data
- Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule
- Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold Kramer Automotive brand
- Other duties as assigned
