Responsibilities Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Conduct oil changes and replace automotive fluids such as coolant, transmission fluid, and brake fluid efficiently and accurately. Assist with basic mechanical repairs such as brake inspections, belt replacements, and minor mechanical troubleshooting. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify issues and perform maintenance tasks effectively. Conduct vehicle inspections to assess overall condition and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance actions. Support wheel alignments and other automotive service procedures to enhance vehicle safety and handling. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during all service activities. Qualifications Previous dealership or automotive service experience is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and fluid replacement procedures. Ability to perform standard passenger car operations including oil changes, tire service, and minor mechanical repairs. Physical ability to lift heavy tires or vehicle components safely during service tasks. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward assisting clients.
