CDL CLASS A DRIVER - OILFIELD SERVICES

Class A Drivers for oilfield transportation throughout the Permian Basin. This is oilfield transportation , not a typical warehouse-to-warehouse driving job. Our drivers transport equipment and materials to active oilfield locations throughout West Texas and the Permian Basin. Depending on the customer and job, drivers may haul sand, wellheads, oilfield equipment, flatbed loads, tools, materials, and other oilfield-related freight. We are looking for dependable professional drivers who show up, work safely, communicate, take care of the equipment, and get the job done.

must not be suspended, revoked, or otherwise disqualified Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Must meet Hire Energy OFS and commercial insurance driver requirements Must meet all applicable
DOT/FMCSA
requirements Must successfully complete required FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse verification Must be able and willing to pass required drug and alcohol testing Must be able to pass a DOT physical/medical examination Must be physically capable of performing the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation Must be able to lift, carry, push, or handle up to 50 pounds Must have reliable transportation to and from the required reporting location Must be dependable and able to report to work on time Must be willing to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts when operations require it Must be willing to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, wind, and dusty oilfield conditions Must be comfortable driving on lease roads and entering active oilfield locations Must complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Must properly inspect and secure loads Must maintain accurate logs, DVIRs, ELD records, and required paperwork Must follow all company, customer, DOT, FMCSA, and location-specific safety requirements Must immediately report accidents, citations, equipment damage, mechanical problems, and safety concerns Must provide truthful and accurate information throughout the application and hiring process
DRIVING RECORD REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet Hire Energy OFS, customer, DOT, FMCSA, and commercial insurance requirements. Applicants with a history of DUI/DWI, reckless driving, serious moving violations, CDL suspensions, preventable accidents, or other serious driving offenses may be disqualified depending on the nature and timing of the offense and applicable company, customer, insurance, and legal requirements.

Depending on the assignment, our CDL drivers may transport: Sand Wellheads Oilfield Equipment Flatbed Loads Tools Materials Customer Equipment Equipment to and from Well Locations Other Oilfield Freight
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Drivers are expected to safely operate company commercial vehicles throughout the Permian Basin, transport assigned loads to and from customer locations, properly secure equipment and materials, perform required vehicle inspections, maintain communication with dispatch and operations, follow Hours-of-Service and ELD requirements, protect company and customer equipment, report mechanical or safety concerns immediately, and represent Hire Energy OFS professionally while on customer locations. This position may require working around frac operations, heavy equipment, active well sites, and other oilfield operations.
EXPERIENCE
Oilfield CDL experience is strongly preferred , especially experience with: Sand Hauling Flatbed Wellhead Hauling Equipment Hauling Frac Operations Oilfield Logistics Lease-Road Driving Tanker Operations Heavy or Specialized Loads Strong CDL Class A drivers without direct oilfield experience may still be considered depending on their driving history, qualifications, and ability to safely perform the work.

$93,023.65 - $102,651.87 per year
