Lube Technician - Entry-Level

Paid training will be provided to help you succeed and advance your skills in automotive service. Duties Perform oil changes using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely. Assist with tire service including rotation, replacement, and balancing. Support vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and basic inspections. Help with wheel alignments and brake inspections under supervision. Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use. Communicate professionally with customers about their vehicle needs and services performed. Support the team with general maintenance tasks to ensure smooth shop operations. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge or interest in automotive repair and diagnostics. Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and basic automotive equipment preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Dealership or automotive service experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key! Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, tire service, and fluid checks. Willingness to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.
