What You'll Do:
Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional service experience Write repair orders clearly and accurately Communicate recommended services, pricing, and timelines Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs Update customers throughout the service process Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction Handle warranty, recall, and customer-pay service documentation Maintain a clean, organized service drive and workspace Build long-term customer relationships through trust and transparency
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to explain technical information in a clear, friendly way Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS is a plus
