As a Lube Technician, you're responsible for showing our guests a super experience and getting them on the road quickly. You'll provide light vehicle maintenance, keep a safe, neat workspace, and handle your responsibilities with honesty and integrity. Your work will ensure guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Honda experience. This role is a great entry point into your career with us!
What You'll Do:
Deliver your guests' cars every time, on time, as promised Perform oil changes, check batteries, and top off fluids Inspect brake linings and adjust if necessary Rotate, repair, mount, and balance tires according to vehicle standards Conduct multi-point inspections (121-point inspection) and alignment checks Perform minor services including software updates, key programming, and windshield wiper and filter replacements Take detailed notes during and post-inspection Keep work station clean at all times Work with your team to prepare and service vehicles efficiently
What You'll Need:
Full time availability.
