Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide exceptional service Write repair orders and service recommendations Communicate with customers and technicians throughout the repair process Sell maintenance, repairs, wheels, tires, lift kits, accessories, and performance upgrades Source and identify automotive parts and accessories Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships Help maximize shop productivity and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English Automotive service advisor experience preferred Knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, suspension, wheels, and tires Strong sales and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license
Compensation:
