Role Responsibilities:

DiagnosticsRepairs:

Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs with support from the service team.

RepairsReplacements:

Repair and replace vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and other mechanical components per manufacturer guidelines.

Quality ChecksRoad Tests:

Perform inspections and road tests to ensure repairs meet Volkswagen, company, and customer standards.

Routine Maintenance:

Complete preventative maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and inspections.

TrainingDevelopment:

Participate in factory and inhouse training to maintain and expand technical skills.

Employee Prerequisites:

Automotive technician experience required Personal tools required (compensation based on experience and certifications) Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety procedures Flexible availability Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment Job Type FullTime We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
