Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Glass Installation Technician and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Calibration Technician! In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of vehicle safety and aesthetics, expertly installing automotive glass and calibrating cutting-edge driver assistance systems to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Your hands-on skills will help drivers regain confidence on the road, providing top-tier service with precision and care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise in automotive repair, glass installation, and advanced vehicle technology in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Essential Responsibilities Perform windshield, door glass, back glass, quarter glass, roof glass, and vent glass replacements. Perform R&I (Remove & Install) of windshields, door glass, back glass, quarter glass, vent glass, and related components for collision repairs and refinish operations. Remove and install trim panels, moldings, sensors, cameras, and related components without damage. Complete static and dynamic ADAS calibrations following OEM repair procedures. Diagnose ADAS faults using OEM and aftermarket scan tools. Perform pre-scan and post-scan procedures. Verify proper operation of safety systems including but not limited to: Forward Collision Warning, Lane Keep Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring, Adaptive Cruise Control, Parking Assist Systems. Document calibration results and repair procedures. Maintain calibration equipment and ensure calibration area remains within specifications. Communicate repair findings with estimators, service advisors, and management. Requirements 2+ years of proven experience in auto glass installation, dealership service centers, or automotive repair shops. Knowledge and experience of ADAS technology calibration procedures and equipment. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Prior experience with dealership or collision center environments is a plus. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Preferred

Training Experience with Rivian, Ford, GM, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Nissan, Subaru, and Stellantis vehicles. Pay:
