Key Responsibilities Perform expert-level diagnostics and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and ensure each RV meets manufacturer and safety standards Provide accurate estimates and parts recommendations, and document labor, parts, and processes precisely in the service management system Maintain clean, organized, and safe work surroundings while adhering to all safety procedures

Qualifications & Skills Required:

5 years minimum of advanced RV repair experience (or equivalent) Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair systems like mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrics, appliances, propane, and more Solid documentation skills—manuals, schematics, electronic service systems Valid driver's license and clean driving history Strong troubleshooting abilities, precise attention to detail, and excellent customer communication skills

Preferred:

Diesel experience is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude with problem solving solving skills. Valid CDL preferred but not required.

Experience with systems such as:
