Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic automotive service team as an ASE Certified Automotive Technician! This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicles, utilizing your expert mechanical skills and diagnostic abilities to deliver top-tier repairs and maintenance. As an ASE Certified Tech, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our customers' vehicles operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Duties Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using advanced schematics and automotive electrical systems to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, including powertrain, transmissions, diesel engines, gas engines, electrical, diagnostic, foreign and domestic. Utilize hand tools and power tools to execute repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Service vehicle systems such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), welding, fabrication, exhaust, to ensure optimal performance. Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction. Must have tools for repairs and maintenance work. Experience Valid ASE Certification in multiple areas relevant to automotive repair; ASE Certified Automotive Tech.(required) Familiarity working on all makes and models.(required) Proven experience with automotive diagnostics, schematics reading, and electrical systems troubleshooting.(required) Hands-on experience repairing powertrains, transmissions, diesel engines, and performing vehicle maintenance. Knowledge of ADAS calibration (helpful but not required), wheel alignment procedures(helpful but not required) , welding techniques(helpful but not required) , and vehicle electrical systems(required). Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.( required) Service technician experience demonstrating a commitment to quality repair work.
