As a Flat Rate Technician, you will play a crucial role in our team, providing high-quality repair and maintenance services to our customers' vehicles. Your compensation will be based on a flat rate system, allowing you to earn a predetermined amount for each specific repair or service task completed, rather than on an hourly basis. We source our flat rate amounts from trusted industry standards such as Mitchell1 and/or AllData.Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks on various makes and models of vehicles. Adhere to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards. Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair recommendations and timelines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.Benefits:

Company covers 75% of the employee portion. Coverage starts on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.Vacation:
