Responsibilities Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors Qualifications Honda/Acura bumper-to-bumper main shop experience Acura or Honda dealership flag experience is a big plus! Must be Open to Flag/Flat-Rate ASE or Manufacturer Certifications (preferred) Strong Diagnostic and Repair Skills Proven Track Record of Performance and Reliability Commitment to Delivering a Top-Tier Customer Experience Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a
