Are you friendly, professional, organized, and great with people? We are looking for a new face to join our dealership team as an Automotive Cashier / Customer Service Representative . This is much more than just a cashier position. You will be one of the first and last people our customers interact with, making you an important part of the dealership experience. We are part of a successful and rapidly growing automotive group with 19 locations , and we believe strongly in promoting from within . WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional dealership experience Answer and route incoming telephone calls Assist customers checking in and out of the service department Process cash, credit card, and check payments accurately Print receipts and invoices and close repair orders Assist with scheduling and confirming service appointments Maintain an organized cashier and customer-service area Perform basic filing, scanning, data entry, and administrative duties Communicate with Service Advisors, Parts, Sales, and other dealership departments Help answer basic customer questions and make sure customers are directed to the right person Provide outstanding customer service throughout every interaction

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is: Friendly, outgoing, and professional Excellent on the telephone Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day Dependable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable handling money and processing transactions Able to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software Interested in learning, growing, and advancing within the company Previous automotive experience is helpful, but not necessarily required for the right person . Customer service, retail, hospitality, receptionist, administrative, banking, or cashier experience can all be excellent backgrounds for this opportunity.
