Job Description

| Lubrication Technician | 1102 Walton Dr, Texarkana, TX 75501 | We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lubrication Technician to join our service team. This role is responsible for efficiently performing lubrication and basic maintenance services on customer vehicles while coordinating with the Production Foreman to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all lubrication services in a timely and thorough manner. Conduct multi-point inspections including checks on batteries, lights, and tires. Refer additional repairs or preventive maintenance needs to the Service Advisor. Operate and maintain lubrication equipment and service lifts. Review repair orders from the Service Advisor or Production Foreman and complete assigned services accurately. Maintain a clean working area and ensure the cleanliness of customer vehicles. Monitor and report the condition of equipment, ensuring all tools and lifts are in proper working order. Use materials and supplies efficiently, avoiding waste. Follow all company safety protocols and report any incidents immediately to a supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a technician's helper or apprentice in an automotive dealership or repair shop. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and good judgment. Manual dexterity and physical ability to perform the required tasks. Authorization to work in the United States. Ability to pass pre-employment requirements, including a background check, MVR, drug test, and verification of a valid driver's license.
