Your Responsibilities:

Thoroughly examine and diagnose vehicles Collaborate with the shop foreman and service advisors on repairs Communicate additional service needs clearly and promptly Plan work procedures with the shop foreman to ensure efficiency Provide accurate labor time estimates to service advisors Monitor repair progress and keep advisors updated regularly Adhere strictly to dealership policies regarding vehicle care and operation Complete detailed repair documentation for customers Attend ongoing company and factory training sessions Stay current with factory technical bulletins and industry updates
