Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Recreational Vehicle (RV) Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional service to our customers. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of RV systems, ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready for adventure. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics on RV electrical systems, engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, HVAC, plumbing, and other key components. Repair and maintain electrical systems including RV electrical system diagnostics, automotive electrical systems, and wiring repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly, equipment repair, soldering, and heavy lifting to complete repairs efficiently and safely. Diagnose basic vehicle troubleshooting issues and perform necessary repairs or escalate complex problems to senior technicians. Assist with RV plumbing system repair and maintenance as well as HVAC system troubleshooting to ensure all systems operate smoothly. Maintain detailed service records and communicate clearly with customers about repair needs and timelines. Skills Proven dealership experience or service technician background with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes. Extensive electrical experience including RV electrical system diagnostics and automotive electrical repairs. Mechanical knowledge covering transmissions, engine repair (including diesel), shocks & struts, brake systems, and suspension components. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and diagnostic tools for precise repairs. Familiarity with RV plumbing systems maintenance and repair as well as HVAC troubleshooting techniques. Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting quickly and accurately with attention to detail. Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients. Experience working with automotive diagnostics software or similar diagnostic equipment preferred. Knowledge of auto body repair techniques is a plus for addressing cosmetic damages.
