Fleet Technician (Lancaster, TX) Top-tier pay with real upside. Earn $35-$39/hour, plus a 20% annual bonus, overtime, and RSUs. Shifts run Tuesday - Saturday with a potential for periodic travel to remote locations for short term onsite based support.• Be on the front line of autonomy. Work directly with AI-powered, self-driving trucks, maintaining and modifying the very platforms that are redefining commercial freight across the southern United States. Hands-on role with serious impact. Inspect, certify, and maintain autonomous vehicle platforms — from diagnosing electrical faults to executing scheduled uptime work that keeps the fleet mission-ready. Build the systems, not just maintain them. Collaborate directly with design and validation engineers to help develop hardware systems and improve work instructions as the fleet scales. Work with elite teams solving real problems. Partner with engineers and operators to surface insights, sharpen processes, and make safety-critical decisions with confidence and precision. Technician Requirements Must pass a background check, and drug screening Comfortable using basic computer systems; training will be provided High school diploma or equivalent Must have knowledge to certify operational state of vehicles Must be able to create and maintain vehicle maintenance documentation to shape fleet growth to scale
