$25-$35 (Based on Experience) + Incentives HVAC Service Technician - Join Our Team P&E Mechanical is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, install and maintain residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems . We are looking for a dependable technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to quality customer service. If you are an EPA-certified HVAC technician with field service experience , we want to hear from you. HVAC Technician Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration Perform service, maintenance, and system troubleshooting for residential and commercial customers Communicate system issues and repair options clearly with customers Work closely with dispatch to maintain service schedules Travel to job sites within the service area using a company vehicle Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergency service Identify opportunities for system upgrades, service agreements, and additional services Maintain company vehicle and tools HVAC Technician Qualifications Minimum 2+ years HVAC service experience EPA Certification required

TDLR HVAC
