What You'll Do Perform detailed vehicle inspections on pre-owned inventory Diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles Identify and note all safety concerns, maintenance needs, and repairs Check for and document any outstanding recalls Communicate findings clearly to the Service Advisor Alert management of any repair concerns or parts issues Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience required Toyota Dealership experience is a huge plus ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must pass pre-employment substance screening

Professional shop experience required . Personal or hobbyist mechanical experience does not qualify for this position.
