You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of various types of vehicles by providing expert services. The Lead Automotive Technicians also advise customers on proper vehicle maintenance and selection based on their specific vehicle needs. As a Lead Automotive Technician, you must be confident and capable of performing vehicle maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities Conducting visual inspections of the vehicle for signs of wear or damage Vehicle diagnostic and repairs Participate in the training of junior -level technicians Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries Using proper equipment to flush fluids such as coolant, brake, & transmission Applying lubricants to various vehicle components as needed Complete mandatory vehicle inspection forms Communicate vehicle repair recommendations effectively with service advisor Qualifications Personal tools required High School Diploma or Equivalent 3+ years of working automotive service experience Technical or vocational training courses in automotive repair Willingness to pursue TIA certification with company support and assistance Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required

Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Manual Dexterity:
Skill in handling tools and performing precise tasks with hands Attention to

Precision in inspecting and repairing vehicles and ensuring personal safety

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical aspects in an understandable manner

Aptitude for diagnosing issues and determining the best course of action for repairs
