Key Responsibilities:

Portray professionalism on behalf of our company. Deliver, perform service cleaning and pick up portable toilets as necessary per our standards. Maintain paperwork necessary for the day-to-day operations. Must communicate with dispatcher/ supervisor of the units that are not serviceable, deliverable or unable to be picked up as scheduled. Sanitizing & repairs on temporary restrooms as needed at based on direction of dispatcher and activity. Participate in an "on call" rotation, typically, every 4 weeks for duration of 1 week. Cover after hours orders/service calls Address unexpected situations that may arise on route in an efficient and professional matter. Perform daily safety checks on equipment prior to operating. Operate and drive company trucks safely and in compliance with company policies. Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries. Report any incidents and/or accidents immediately to your supervisor. Ability to be flexible to meet customer needs. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications Good Customer Service Ability to solve complex issues in the field. Good driving record Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial) Valid Medical Examiner Certificate Able to work flexible hours Able to work in fast paced environment Driving skills - ability to navigate using GPS, navigate on tight roads and driveways Comfortable towing trailers Physical Requirements Sit while driving and stand while servicing products. Able to climb on and off truck several times a day Crouch and squat. Lift 80lbs and pull 100lbs.
