Job Description
Orem Toyota is looking for a motivated Automotive Accessories Technician to join our team! We are looking for someone who enjoys working on vehicles, takes pride in quality workmanship, and has strong mechanical aptitude. This position is responsible for installing a variety of aftermarket and dealer accessories on new and used vehicles. Responsibilities Install suspension lift and leveling kits Mount and balance wheels and tires Install aftermarket wheel and tire packages Install running boards, side steps, and other exterior accessories Install bed covers, bed accessories, and related truck accessories Install additional dealer and aftermarket accessories as assigned Inspect completed work to ensure proper installation, fit, and function Follow manufacturer installation instructions and dealership safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Properly care for customer and dealership vehicles while performing installations Communicate with management regarding installation concerns, damaged parts, or additional work needed Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license required Clean driving record required Automotive or mechanical experience preferred Experience installing lifts, wheels, tires, or vehicle accessories is a plus Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and automotive equipment Ability to safely lift and handle wheels, tires, and vehicle components Strong attention to detail Dependable and able to work independently Ability to follow instructions and complete work efficiently Willingness to learn and grow within the position What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working on cars and trucks and takes pride in doing quality work.
