What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles Perform general repairs (brakes, suspension, maintenance), along with engine, transmission, and electrical work Troubleshoot drivability and electrical issues efficiently and accurately Maintain organized workflow and clear communication with the team Take ownership of your work while upholding quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic ability (electrical experience required) Experience with engines and transmissions A dependable, professional technician who takes pride in doing the job right Team-oriented, but capable of working independently Own tools and reliable transportation Valid driver's license with a clean record ASE certifications are a plus

Compensation:

Consistent workflow that supports steady hours and reliable earnings Commission-based pay structure with uncapped earning potential Most experienced technicians earn $5,800-$9,200+ per month, depending on performance Pay increases with efficiency, skill, and quality of work

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Occasional Saturdays (as needed)
