Submittal Tire & Lube Technician | Orem, UT Nexeo Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking Tire & Lube Technicians to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in tire service, automotive maintenance, lube services, or mechanical work. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, provides excellent customer service, follows safety procedures, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced shop environment. Responsibilities Identify and correctly inflate tires according to size and ply. Place wheels on balancing machines and determine the appropriate counterweights. Remove wheels from vehicles using lug wrenches and hand or power tools. Mount wheels onto vehicles. Reassemble tires onto wheels. Replace valve stems and remove puncturing objects. Locate and repair tire punctures. Perform lube, oil, filter, and tire services on passenger and light-truck vehicles as needed. Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers. Maintain tools and tire-service accessories. Keep the shop clean and organized. Protect company assets and equipment. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a strong safety-first mindset. Maintain regular attendance according to the assigned schedule. Meet the physical requirements of the position. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Tire Industry Association CTS certification or willingness to obtain certification. Ability to complete vendor-provided training as required.Preferred:
1-2 years of tire service, automotive, lube, or mechanical experience. Previous tire-service or automotive experience. Pay $18.00-$21.00 per hour Schedule Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Day Shift Nexeo Benefits- Medical, Dental, Vision, Limited Life, Short-Term Disability
