Job Description
Brickhouse Auto & Performance is a growing automotive repair shop in Washington , UT, known for quality work and honest service. We're looking for a skilled, reliable technician to join our team — someone who's just as comfortable under the hood as they are talking to a customer. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicle issues (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, etc.) Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections) Open the shop by 9:00 AM daily Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers professionally Communicate clearly and honestly with customers about needed repairs and pricing Use ALLDATA/Tekmetric and other diagnostic tools to accurately identify issues Keep accurate records of work performed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area ASE certification preferred (or working toward) 3-5+ years of experience as an automotive technician Strong customer service skills — friendly, honest, and clear communicator Reliable and punctual (must be able to open shop on time every day) Fast, efficient worker who doesn't sacrifice quality Own tools required (or specify if shop provides tools) Valid driver's license What We're Looking For We value honesty, speed, and reliability above all.
