Job Description

Portable Restroom Technician Pump Truck Operator jobs in Saint George, UT Seeking honest, reliable driver for a locally owned and operated Waste Management Company. This job is a full time salaried position. Working days are Sunday thru Thursday (6 PM
  • 3 AM) during the hottest months (through end of September). Then Mon-Fri (5 AM
  • 2 PM) the remainder of the year.
There will be opportunities for overtime, which will be offered and discussed before hand with the employee should they be interested. A typical working day will look as follows; Prep pump truck and fill out pre-trip paperwork. Utilizing a tablet/phone based application, employee with drive to various locations throughout Washington County and service portable restrooms (average of 50-55 services per day). Typical portable restroom service includes;
  • extracting waste from portable restroom holding tank
  • Adding measured amount of deodorizer and water using 5-gallon bucket
  • Spraying portable restroom out with supplied pressure washer
  • Spraying fragrance spray
  • Ensuring that portable restroom is staked down (drive stakes if restroom is missing one/both).
After route is complete, driver will dump load at local wastewater facility and return truck to the yard. Some removals/deliveries may be performed by route driver should company need additional assistance for a given week. CDL is not required, but is preferred. Drivers licence is a must. Must have clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • Company will need copy of MVR report (can be obtained online).
Driver must possess or be able and willing to possess Medical Card (may be obtained at WorkMed). Must know how to effectively pull and back trailers. Some heavy lifting may be involved in this position. Driver must be able to pass drug/alcohol screening.
