Responsibilities Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotation, and repairs to ensure optimal vehicle safety and performance Conduct oil changes and automotive fluid replacements accurately following manufacturer specifications Execute wheel alignments using specialized equipment to improve vehicle handling and tire longevity Assist with mechanical repairs and diagnostics to identify issues related to suspension, brakes, steering, or other systems Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete maintenance tasks safely and effectively Maintain detailed records of all services performed for each vehicle Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly and professionally Assist in vehicle inspections to identify additional service opportunities or safety concerns Support the team with general vehicle maintenance tasks as needed to ensure shop efficiency Experience Dealership experience or automotive service background preferred but not required; we value hands-on mechanic experience highly Proven automotive diagnostics skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues accurately Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including brakes, steering, suspension, and engines Experience with automotive fluid replacement procedures such as oil changes, coolant flushes, transmission fluid changes Familiarity with tire service equipment and alignment machines is highly desirable Service technician experience demonstrating proficiency in automotive repair tasks Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs and maintenance tasks Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in automotive care!
