This role is for a technician who can independently diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles using advanced diagnostic expertise while working efficiently under deadlines. Our goal is to make the car-buying experience efficient, enjoyable, and stress-free for every customer. Position Overview As a Master Automotive Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-level vehicle diagnostics and repair services. You will identify complex issues, perform precision repairs, and ensure all vehicles meet strict performance, safety, and reliability standards. This is a paid, long-term position for technicians who already operate at a master level and are seeking consistent, steady work. Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics using electrical schematics and professional diagnostic tools Accurately diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues Repair powertrain systems, transmissions, diesel engines, and related components Perform oil changes, brake repairs, suspension work, alignments, and general maintenance Service and calibrate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive equipment Inspect, test, and prepare vehicles for sale Maintain high efficiency while ensuring quality workmanship Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Minimum 2+ years of professional automotive experience (master-level capability expected) Proven dealership or professional service technician experience Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Strong knowledge of: Automotive electrical systems ADAS technology Powertrain components Transmissions Diesel engines Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, schematics, welding equipment, and estimating software Ability to work independently without supervision Reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented Must speak English (bilingual is a plus) Valid driver's license required Schedule Monday•
Friday:
10:00 AM•7:00
PM Saturday:
10:00 AM•5:00 PM Compensation Salary position Steady and consistent workflow Long-term opportunity only
