What You'll Do Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles Use advanced diagnostic equipment to evaluate vehicle performance Complete preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, wheel balancing, and tune ups Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, suspension, drivetrain, and mechanical concerns Accurately identify customer concerns and recommend proper repairs Ensure vehicles meet all state safety, emissions, and compliance standards Maintain accurate repair documentation and service records Properly maintain shop tools and equipment Contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient workshop environment What We're Looking For Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair fundamentals Passion for automobiles and pride in quality workmanship Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Reliability, professionalism, and strong time management Commitment to safety and doing the job right the first time Ability to lift and move parts and equipment as needed Benefits 401(k) with match Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Sick time off Paid time off
