We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our Quick Lane location. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Assist customers with their vehicle service needs from check-in to delivery. Provide accurate cost estimates and repair recommendations. Coordinate repairs with technicians and communicate updates to customers. Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction. Promote additional maintenance services and maintain profitability goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer service role. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes. Proficiency in dealership management systems (Reynolds preferred). Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with customers and technicians. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
