Job Description

BrightBins.com is a fast-growing company specializing in residential and commercial bin cleaning and odor control services. We are looking for a reliable, honest, and hardworking Driver to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and can be trusted to represent our company in the community. Key Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles and equipment on assigned routes Drive to customer locations, providing bin cleaning services in a professional and timely manner Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness Accurately follow schedules, routes, and service protocols Communicate with dispatch and management regarding route updates or service issues Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate a medium-sized work truck (training provided) Strong work ethic with proven reliability and punctuality Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently Team player with good communication skills Physically able to lift, push, and maneuver bins and equipment as needed Previous driving or service experience preferred but not required

Tuesday through
Saturday Start Time:
Typically 7:00-8:00 AM during the main season
Hours Per Day:
Vary depending on route size. Some days may run longer, others shorter, but the schedule averages 35-45 hours per week. Some weeks will be over 40 hours.
Flexibility Required:
Drivers must be comfortable with fluctuating daily hours, while maintaining reliability and punctuality
