Job Summary•Perform express oil changes and preventive maintenance services on a variety of vehicles at Take 5 Oil Shop 1189, ensuring high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service within a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities•Perform vehicle inspections and identify necessary maintenance or repair services. Conduct express oil changes, including draining old oil, replacing oil filters, and refilling with new oil. Perform fluid checks and top-offs (e.g., transmission fluid, power steering fluid, windshield washer fluid). Inspect and replace air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades as needed. Check tire pressure and inflate to manufacturer specifications. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers regarding recommended services and vehicle status. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies. Operate diagnostic equipment and tools safely and proficiently. Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies. Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Take 5 Oil Shop's customer service standards. Job Qualifications•High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in automotive maintenance or a related field preferred, but not required; training will be provided. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
