Build Your Career with Fleet Repair Solutions Fleet Repair Solutions is growing and looking for skilled Refrigeration (Reefer) Technicians to support our Atlanta, GA service area. If you're experienced with trailer refrigeration systems and enjoy a mobile, hands-on environment, this is a great opportunity to work with a team that values your expertise. We specialize in medium- and heavy-duty fleet maintenance and pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high-quality service to our customers every day.
What You Can Expect:

What You'll Be Doing:
Troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration units on tractor-trailers Completing preventative maintenance on reefer systems Diagnosing electrical and telematics-related issues Performing inspections and repairs from a fully equipped service truck Documenting repairs and work orders using company systems
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on experience with trailer refrigeration (reefer) systems EPA 608 Certification required (609 preferred) Working knowledge of trailer repair and DOT inspections Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics Experience troubleshooting using alarm codes Welding experience (steel and aluminum) is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean record CDL is helpful but not required This role operates out of a mobile service truck and supports multiple service areas, including Fredericksburg, Richmond, and Ashland.
