5+ years Position Summary Promotive is hiring an experienced A or B Level Automotive Technician for a well-established, family-owned shop in Hayes, VA that knows how to keep technicians busy (and paid). Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics (A Tech) and mechanical repairs (B Tech) on domestic, Asian, and occasional European vehicles Handle timing chains, timing belts, brakes, steering, suspension, and general automotive repairs Diagnose drivability and electrical issues using advanced scan tools Utilize tools such as Autel, Snap-On, and Launch for accurate troubleshooting Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and document repairs in Tekmetric Maintain a clean, organized workspace (yes, your toolbox counts too) Deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient repairs every time Collaborate with a team that values productivity without cutting corners Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an

Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills

B-Level Tech:
