Competitive Flat-Rate Pay! Magic City Ford Lexington looking for a motivated, Certified Ford Service Technician to join our growing dealership. If you take pride in diagnosing and repairing vehicles the right way, enjoy working with the latest technology, and want to advance your career through factory training, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Ford and Lincoln vehicles. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and advanced vehicle systems using Ford diagnostic equipment. Complete warranty, recall, and customer-pay repairs according to Ford factory standards. Perform multi-point inspections and recommend additional maintenance or repairs. Accurately document repair orders, diagnostics, and completed work. Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts personnel to ensure timely repairs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Participate in ongoing Ford factory training to stay current on new vehicle technology. Qualifications Previous automotive technician experience required. Ford certifications preferred; ASE certifications are a plus. Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality repairs.
