We provide a state-of-the-art facility for our technicians with a loyal customer following. We pay based on experience and offer strong sign-on bonuses for the right candidates and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. We are currently hiring for a Automotive Lube Technician position at our Mechanicsville location on Bell Creek Road. The lube technician is responsible for providing quality service and premium vehicle maintenance in a timely manner. Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Change oil and oil filters in cars and light trucks and top off fluids. Perform a 20-point vehicle inspection following a specific procedure. Offer thoughtful, honest recommendations to customers on basic services. Move and operate customer vehicles into and out of service bays. Maintain positive customer/ co-worker relationships. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Act in a professional manner, projecting trust, honesty, and respect.
