50/hour base pay Production incentive scale: 30 hours: +$2.50/hr 35 hours: +$5.00/hr 40 hours: +$8.00/hr Top performers can reach $32.50/hr+ effective rate equivalent 90-Day Performance Review All new hires go through a structured 90-day evaluation to confirm: Quality and consistency of repairs Ability to produce billed/turned hours Fit within shop standards After 90 days, compensation and production scaling are finalized.
