As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team!
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of two years' professional experience, with an understanding of vehicle maintenance and repairs is required, along with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and perform necessary repairs on all makes and models of vehicles
- Experience performing vehicle alignments is strongly preferred
- Possession of Virginia State Inspectors license is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and efficiently handle multiple priorities and demands simultaneously is necessary
- Must have a valid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record
- Must be reliable, honest, and courteous with good customer service skills and have the ability to be flexible and adapt to workflow changes
- Must be detail oriented and a self-starter who takes initiative, is achievement oriented and enjoys working as a member of a team
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- both written and verbal
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses and performs automotive repair on all makes and models of vehicles
- Performs system diagnostics, testing, routine inspections or vehicle maintenance
- Performs vehicle alignments
- Works with other technicians to perform repairs and assists with efficient workflow and productivity
- Ensures repair services are performed accurately while maintaining attention to detail and regard for safety
