Responsibilities Perform thorough digital vehicle inspections Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns Accurately identify the root cause of vehicle problems Perform advanced diagnostic and repair procedures Perform brake, suspension, steering, and drivability repairs Diagnose and repair engine performance concerns Perform major mechanical repairs Perform tire services, balancing, and wheel alignments Use professional scan tools and diagnostic equipment Interpret diagnostic data, wiring diagrams, and technical information Follow manufacturer and industry repair procedures Complete repairs efficiently and correctly the first time Maintain accurate documentation of repairs Communicate effectively with service advisors and other technicians Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Ability to diagnose problems independently Ability to complete repairs efficiently and accurately Comfortable using professional scan tools and diagnostic equipment Ability to read and understand repair procedures and wiring diagrams Strong attention to detail Reliable and professional Production-minded with a strong work ethic Takes ownership of repairs from diagnosis through completion Takes pride in doing the job right the first time ASE certifications are a plus We Want Producers — Not Just Parts Changers. We value technicians who can diagnose, communicate, produce quality work, and keep vehicles moving through the shop. Our ideal technician doesn't need to be micromanaged. You should be able to look at a vehicle, develop an accurate diagnostic plan, communicate what the vehicle needs, and take responsibility for getting the repair completed correctly and efficiently.
