Handle repairs on all makes and all models of trailers on a daily basis. From general maintenance, PM service, Annual inspections, collision, fabricating, and body damage. Assist technicians with repairs when needed. Perform visual inspection of components in question and thoroughly assess the situation in order to provide an accurate repair path to complete all jobs efficiently in a timely manner. Perform repairs as outlined on RO within specified time frame with all parts documented and accounted for accordingly. Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment by cleaning bay after all repairs are complete, properly disposing of waste materials, sweeping floors, and removing trash on a daily basis. Provide company standards for labor time and quality of repairs. Great work ethic.

Qualifications:
Dependability, have a great work ethic, willing to learn, and a clean driving record. Minimum 4 years of experience. Mechanical and Welding experience, MIG & Stick preferred. Have your own basic hand and air tools. Physical work; body positions: standing for long periods of time, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and lifting safely.
