Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Automotive Quick Lane Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our fast-lane services, specializing in high-quality routine maintenance, tire services, and basic mechanical repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great mechanical aptitude to grow their skills and advance in the automotive industry. Responsibilities Perform efficient oil changes, fluid flushes, and filter replacements. Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires using modern shop equipment. Conduct multi-point safety inspections (checking brakes, fluids, belts, and hoses) and clearly communicate findings to Service Advisors. Handle basic automotive repairs and replacements (batteries, wiper blades, bulbs, and basic brake jobs). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bay area. Qualifications Previous experience as a lube/tire technician or a strong hobbyist mechanical background is preferred (willing to train the right candidate). Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Holding or willingness to obtain a Vermont State Inspection license is a major plus. Must bring a basic set of hand tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail. Benefits & Perks Competitive Hourly Pay (Dependent on experience)
