Full-time, On-site About the Role We are looking for a reliable, motivated Automotive Service Porter to support our service team. You will keep our service drive, shop, and lot clean and organized, move vehicles safely, and help deliver a great experience for customers and technicians. What You'll Do Move customer vehicles to and from the service drive, parking areas, and wash bay Wash and vacuum customer vehicles as needed Keep the service drive, shop, and customer areas clean and organized Maintain a safe, tidy lot with clear traffic flow and parking Clear snow, ice, and debris from sidewalks and parking areas Assist service staff and technicians with general tasks as assigned by management What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving automatic and manual transmissions Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions Positive attitude and reliability Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Schedule Full-time, on-site Weekday and occasional Saturday coverage based on business needs Pay and Benefits Competitive hourly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company contribution Employee discounts on parts and service Training and opportunities to grow within the Shearer Automotive Group Working Conditions Fast-paced service department environment with routine exposure to weather, noise, dust, and automotive chemicals.
