In-person Description We are searching for a talented and motivated Senior Automotive Technician to join a high-performing service team specializing in luxury, exotic, and classic vehicles including Aston Martin and Lotus. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced technician who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to work on some of the finest vehicles in the world. Whether you're a seasoned dealership tech or a performance enthusiast with a background in classics or European imports, this role offers an exciting and rewarding next step in your career. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance tasks based on work orders with accuracy and efficiency Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and performance issues using advanced diagnostic tools Conduct test drives to verify repair success and ensure customer satisfaction Adhere strictly to safety protocols and manufacturer repair guidelines Document all work, time, procedures, and results in the dealer management system Communicate clearly and professionally with Service Advisors to ensure job accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Provide and manage your own complete set of standard automotive tools Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician ASE Certification required; ASE A8 Engine Performance Certification strongly preferred Advanced knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance Previous dealership experience, particularly with luxury or exotic brands, highly preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Excellent communication and time management skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be reliable, collaborative, and passionate about automotive excellence
