Job Description

Description Amazon is seeking an exemplary Sr. Program Manager with strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders, product, and tech teams to drive program delivery end-to-end. The ideal candidate will develop in-depth business understanding, perform deep-dives into complex problems, and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become blockers. We are looking for candidates who are excellent communicators, self-motivated, flexible, hardworking, and who like to have fun. The complexity of this role goes well beyond basic project tracking. It involves coordinating cross-functional workstreams, managing dependencies across teams, driving alignment on priorities, and ensuring delivery milestones are met with quality. Job Description
  • Work with external vendors on tech integrations and testing for launch
  • Build, develop and manage the product roadmap for products supported by internal and external analysis.
  • Partner with engineering teams on product delivery, identifying and mitigating against risks as they arise to ensure product delivery and efficient use of resource.
  • Actively build relationships with product managers, business intelligence, and engineers to deliver on your product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with internal Amazon business teams to define new requirements.
  • Contribute to the team's yearly product plans, and own product and program update for stakeholders and quarterly reviews.
  • Manage and oversee various cross-functional launches and programs, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee metrics for products, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and product performance.
About the team Relay Fleet Tech, part of Transportation Technology Services (TTS), builds hardware and software products that improve safety, reduce cost, and maximize uptime for Amazon's global transportation fleet. We serve trucking companies and internal fleet teams by integrating with external maintenance vendors, automating manual workflows, and leveraging AI to simplify fleet maintenance at scale. We're a team of builders who think like owners — designing elegant, low-cost solutions to complex operational problems. Our systems are highly secure, highly reliable, and operate at massive scale while delivering industry-leading precision. Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Knowledge of general AI tools

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
