This is a full-time & long-term position . Requirements of the position are dependent upon the skills of the technician. We offer service to all makes & models of vehicles at our shop. From the basics of oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, & inspections to engine & transmission replacements. Our shop is complete with factory tools, scan tools, tire machines, & A/C machines. Todd Martinson, the owner of Superior Auto, is ASE certified with 30 years of experience. He graduated from Skagit Community College in 1996. During that time, Todd interned at Nissan, and opened Superior Auto in 1999. He went on to be a certified technician for Ford & Mazda. He was a tech for Subaru, Honda & Mitsubishi, and a Master tech at Chrysler/Dodge for 13 years.
Position Requirements:
  • 5+ years of auto mechanic experience
  • Master Technician ASE Certification (strongly preferred but not required for the right candidate)
  • Excellent diagnostic skills
  • Must have own tools
  • Ability to work well independently & in team settings
  • Consistent demonstration of integrity & honesty
  • Must pay close attention to detail
  • Valid Washington state drivers license
Compensation:
$35
  • 40 per hour (DOE)
Technician Schedule:
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Monday-Thursday 9 am
  • 5:30 pm & Friday 9 am
  • 4 pm.
  • Must be able to commute to 1491 Old Samish Road, Bellingham, WA 98229.
