Job Description
Automotive Shop Managers and Technicians (A / B Level) - Pay ranges between $30-$50 an hour for Techs and 100K-200K yearly for managers. Bucky's Complete Auto Repair - Western Washington Bucky's has been a locally owned, family-run auto repair company for over 50 years. We're hiring experienced Managers and A and B-level technicians for our 16 shops located between Everett-Tacoma and Bremerton. Locations can be found at https://buckys.com/locations/ Pay & Benefits $30-50 per hour (DOE + productivity and location) Consistent, steady workflow 401(k) with company match (up to 4%) Medical, dental, and vision (company pays ~75%) 21 paid days off per year 5-day work week Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicles (engine, electrical, drivability) Perform brakes, suspension, steering, and general repairs Work on most makes and models Communicate clearly with service advisors Maintain efficiency and quality Requirements Minimum 3 years professional shop experience Basic diagnostic skills Own tools required Reliable and self-motivated Able to work independently About the Shop No micromanagement—experienced techs are trusted Stable, long-term company Clean, organized work environment Strong team and consistent car count All applications are kept confidential.
