My name is Javen, Manager of Castle Rock Auto Care & we do things differently here because: I've stayed late to finish difficult jobs, tackled the diagnostics that everyone else avoided, and experienced what it's like to give everything you have only to feel like you're just another number. I know what burnout feels like, and I know what it's like to feel unappreciated. That's why we're building a different kind of shop. We're looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician/A-Level Technician who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and wants to be part of a culture built on trust, respect, and quality. This position is for an experienced technician who can confidently diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles with minimal supervision. • Master or A-Level automotive technician with professional experience.
• Strong diagnostic, drivability, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting the rest of the team.
• A technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
• Someone who values integrity, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required Master technician certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence or equivalent required 5 years of related experience required, 7+ years preferred

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present Must have enough vision to inspect repair work
