Job Description
Master Automotive Technician / A-Level Technician Do you feel underappreciated? Burnt out? Maybe you're tired of the empty promises I was a Technician & I understand all these things. My name is Javen, Manager of Castle Rock Auto Care & we do things differently here because: I've stayed late to finish difficult jobs, tackled the diagnostics that everyone else avoided, and experienced what it's like to give everything you have only to feel like you're just another number. I know what burnout feels like, and I know what it's like to feel unappreciated. That's why we're building a different kind of shop. We're looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician/A-Level Technician who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and wants to be part of a culture built on trust, respect, and quality. Please do not apply if you do not have professional automotive repair experience. This position is for an experienced technician who can confidently diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles with minimal supervision. What you can expect here As your manager, you'll have someone who understands the challenges of this profession because I've lived them.
My goal is simple:
to create the kind of shop I always wanted to work in. Our culture is built on a few core values:- Trust
- We trust our team to do the right thing.
- Transparency
- Honest communication is expected from everyone, including management.
- Quality Over Quantity
- We'd rather repair a vehicle correctly than rush through another ticket.
- Teamwork
- We succeed together. We help one another, and no one succeeds alone.
- Respect
- Good technicians deserve to be appreciated, and that's exactly how you'll be treated here.
- Open-Door Leadership
- If you have concerns, ideas, or need support, my door is always open. We also believe that a great workplace requires accountability. Drama, gossip, and consistently negative attitudes don't belong here. We maintain a professional environment where everyone is expected to treat each other with respect. What we're looking for
- Master or A-Level automotive technician with professional experience.
- Strong diagnostic, drivability, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting the rest of the team.
- A technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.
- Someone who values integrity, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
