About the Role As one of our lead technicians, you'll diagnose and repair a wide variety of Asian and Domestic vehicles. You'll work closely with our Service Advisor to clearly communicate vehicle needs and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, values teamwork, and wants to continue growing professionally. What You'll Be Doing Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Asian and Domestic vehicles. Diagnose drivability, electrical, suspension, steering, engine, and brake concerns. Perform preventative maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services. Complete accurate digital vehicle inspections and document findings clearly. Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair recommendations and priorities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Five or more years of professional automotive repair experience. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to identify root causes rather than simply replacing parts. Experience working on a variety of Asian and Domestic vehicles. Experience using an oscilloscope Pride in producing quality work and fixing vehicles right the first time. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support the team.
