MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a fast-paced service drive environment preferably import experienced. CDK experience a plus. Experience working with Windows, and iPads. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Understanding and respecting customers' needs and expectations. A strong passion for cars and teamwork . A valid Washington State Driver's License. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs while providing exceptional customer service. Utilize automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to recommend necessary repairs and maintenance. Prepare accurate auto estimates and service write-ups for customers. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service progress and follow-up on their satisfaction. Uphold dealership standards and adhere to safety protocols while performing duties.
